DP-4A is a highly concentrated anti-back staining agent used to wash denim products. It can ideally prevent the re-contamination of the dyestuff to the garment fabric and pockets during washing. Different from many other anti-back staining agents in the market, it is highly Lycra-friendly, not causing Lycra breakage and elasticity loss. Anti back staining DP-4A is a ZDHC Level 3 certified product.

Features

1. A small quantity of use can achieve good results.

 2. It prevents the re-contamination of dyestuff and is most suitable for denim garments in enzyme wash and stone enzyme washing.

 3. When used in denim garment washing, it can perform perfectly with both acidic enzyme and neutral enzyme with pumice stones.

4. It is highly Lycra-friendly and can be safely used in stretch denim garment washing.

Usage Method

Desizing and enzyme washing:

 1. Add DP-4A at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, dosage depends on the final garment color, at 0.5-2.0g/L

2. Add enzyme (stones).

Storage:

 Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.

Keep bag/container tightly closed. Keep it away from strong oxidizing agents.
